(Ame Kasui no jutsu) - Rain Spike Technique
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: The user of this technique must place chakra into one or more raindrops. As the drops of rain hit the ground they create a small sized spike of water from puddles on the ground. For this technique to work there must be water on the ground and it must be raining.
Focus your chakra into raindops. When they hit the ground they will change puddles, created by the rain, into small sized spikes.
(Ame no Yari) - Rain Spear
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: By using chakra to condense a large amount of rainwater into one place, the user creates a spear of water in the clouds. The spear can at any time be called down to strike an opponent with only one hand-seal. The water will stay in the form of spear for a short amount of time (three posts). If the spear is not used by that time it will fall uselessly as rain. The only warning this technique gives is a second pause in the rain when the water is gathered and condensed.
Use your chakra to condense a large amount of rainwater into one place whereafter you create a spear from it in the clouds. The spear can be called down to strike an opponent at any time, by performing one handseal.
*I gather a decent amount of rain chakra in my body and release it into the air around me. Then I direct the chakra into the sky and infuse the rain drops with it. When these raindrops fall into a puddle on the ground, I use my chakra and some shape manipulation to raise and form the water into a spike, using the natural force of the impact as a boost for the process.*
Advantages:
- doesn't have additional sound like the earth spikes have, making it hard to detect
- can be created anywhere where is water
- amount of spikes are unlimited
Disadvantages:
- not sure about this, but these spikes must be quite small
- also they are made from water, so they only slow my opponent down and damage his/her foot
How to defend:
- avoid stepping in the puddles
- destroy the water
- use it up with a water tech
Questions:
Well as I said above, I'm not sure how big or strong these spikes are, so any information about it would be good.
(Ame no Yari) - Rain Spear
*I gather a decent amount of rain chakra in my body again and release it into the air around me. Then I direct the chakra into the sky and infuse the water in the coulds with it. Then I quickly gather a sufficient amount of water to compress and form it into a long spear in the sky, stopping the fall of the rain for a few seconds. Then as the spear is ready, I perform a single hand seal and make it fall down right onto my target.*
Advantages:
- can be used anytime I want
- not only attacks the opponent but stayes in one later too
Disadvantages:
- too obvious when the rain stops falling
How to defend:
- destroy it when the rain stops
- keep moving
- try to predict when the user wants to use it and counter
Questions:
- that 3 posts means 3 turns? and if yes that also means after I make it fall down? if so I could use it as a real weapon
