1- he soloed nagato (totsuko blade + amatarsu = nagato's end)

2- he soloed kakashi (tosykumi)

3- he soloed kabuto (izanagi)

4- he soloed orochimaru ( genjutsu )

5- he soloed deidara ( itachi was playing with him)

6- he soloed uchiha clan ( by using taijutsu + kunai on his mouth)

Genjutsu - nagato's paths helps him against genjutsu with linked vission... itachi cannot genjutsu all of them at once...
Susano - its just chakra.. it can be absorbed
Amatersu - against its chakra so technically it can be absorbed if not then he can repel it with shinra tensei
Totsuka blade - can be repelled with shinra tensei
Yata mirror - yata mirror is only 180 degree's... Chibaku tensei will do damage to his susano not to mention keeping susano up anyways will drain him
shuriken jutsu - repelled

Nagato > itachi he outshines him in all ways and the only reason he was sealed by totsuka blade was because kabuto was controlling him and itachi had 2 jinchurikee's by his side ...

Jiraiya had to seperate ONE path away from the others and only managed to get one in a genjutsu
