Generally, I rate the chapter rather high, I mean we had action, we had great moments and reunion of team 7, and NO TALKING WAR BETWEEN OBITO & KAKASHI, what else to wish for?
However, when using my brain a little, I quickly realized all the unforeseen plot twists, which lacks explanation, and it seems like something Kishi made up in a hunch in the bar after a long day's work.
Let me give a few examples:
1. Minato having the Kuybi's chakra. Why exactly did he have this? I always thought he would, since the Death Reaper Seal, seals the target inside yourself, and then the reaper seals you away. However, clearly this was not the case, since 1st, 2nd hokage, and Oro's arms came out of the Death Reaper, and not Hiruzen. This could be explained in a number of ways, however, fact is, Kishi didn't care at all about this, so clearly he didn't gave it any thought, or he would have elaborated it for us. Not too well thought through.
2. This may be minor, but how on earth did the 4 kage's do this 4 seals barrier, which btw can only be done by 4 hokage level shinobi. I mean, why would such a jutsu exist? Did anyone seriously expect 4 hokage's to be alive at the same time, and how the f*ck did they even create the jutsu, when there has never been 4 hokage's at once? Or how low does this "hokage level"-thing go? It's just stupid, and not thought through...
3. Surely these 4 hokage's are strong. And surely barrier jutsu's can be quite impressive, we've seen that before. But why in God's name has the shinobi alliance not used a single barrier yet?? The one the sound 4 used to imprison the 4th hokage, was quite neat. Simple, etc.. WHY ON EARTH DID THEY NOT USE IT ON THE JUUBI? OR JUST ANOTHER ONE... Just sayin..
4. Sasuke's feelings turning 180 degrees in a manner of hours. How the f*ck can he make such a decision so fast? His life long hatred was boiling for weeks, even to the extent, of which he took his brothers eyes, just so that he could get revenge.. I can understand, why he wants to become hokage, and why he wants to protect Konoha. But realizing all this in a few hours proves Kishi's poor sense of time. Who needs sleep anyway...
5. Sakura's future power-up. It's quite clear she will get one. I mean it gotta be f*cking insane!? She is currently planning to fight side by side with Naruto and Sasuke vs enemies like the Juubi and Madara. This isn't small stuff. It potentially could put her at kage level, which would be like a 50 times improvement if not more? She hasn't displayed any offensive jutsu for long, and actually there has been not a single sign, for her to suddenly get such a power-up. It just proves, this is something Kishi suddenly felt like doing. I mean if he knew, this would happen just 250 chapters back, he could have devoted a few pages showing Sakura training with Tsunade... All we saw, was her healing on a f*cking fish. Come on Kishi, you can do better than that...
