Knowing Danzo for what he is, and the situation Comatosed-Tsunade is in at the moment (which is out in the open barely protected under a tent).
Danzo will send some Root to assasinate her...to ensure he will become the Hokage.
Or hopefully,
Shikaku will have an outburst of anger, with an included: "Danzo, Where were you and Anbu-Root during Pain's Invasion of Konoha? When everyone needed military aid! You do not qualify for the position of Hokage, the Hokage would put their Life on the Line for the Village to ensure it's safety and continued providence!"
and yes, Danzo is a piece of grade-A bull/horse/dungbeetle/elephant

she won't lose her title, Sarutobi didn't lose his when Minato was nominated as the 4thAfter what has happened, her being in coma, and danzou becoming the 6th hokage. What if she wakes up? Will she loose her title as the fifth hokage, maybe?

as for Danzou's reign of terror... I think this is just for the sake of Sasuke's arc: he comes to Konoha and Danzou is Hokage... he kills Danzou and harmony is restored, convinient huh?
I'm thinking her actual power as Hokage is done. Like Revan said, this was a means for Kishi to set Tsunade aside for now. The way the chapter ended left many possibilities though, Shikaku for one didn't look too happy. I'm just trying to imagine how's Sasuke going to do him in, I'm hoping for slow roasted Danzou on a stick. I mean it's pretty obvious he's gonna die by Sasuke's hands.

Nope! she won't! well, she'll still be the 5th Hokage but no loner capable of ruling Konoha because the 6th Hokage is now appointed.

yep its kinda like the 4th and the 3rd the 3rd was still alive when the 4th was hokage was in rule

Actually If He Appointed Hokage Because She A No Show And Cant Be Waited For While The Village Is In Trouble But I Believe If She Does Wake Up There Will Be A Civil War That Of What Itachi Try'd To Avoid Of The Village Danzou Anbu Never Left Even When Kohona Was In Trouble So You Already Know Who There Picking And You Know Who Sakura And Naruto Are Picking When it Comes Down To It
