Sakura probably seals the chakra in her forehead, that billboardbrow was given to her for some reason. Maybe she is able to store much more chakra than tsunade because of her forehead and maybe she save and store the bm chakra given to her. If she gain the tsunade regenration technique maybe her boobs will grow because the jutsu matures you,...just though i'd add that in, but i think it would be something much more unique to her and chakra control centric.

My choices:
-Byakugou 2.0 : This would grand her the instant regen without the drawbacks and possibly opt things she lacks in for example speed.
With this kishi might accompany with a few ranged techniques for her so she doesn't seem like a copy.

-Slug sage mode: This is least likely IMO because of the circumstances being that it would probably last for a shorter time than byakugou or maybe not. And of course the sage mode would just power up her regular moves which would mean we would see new stuff also.

I also think slug summoning is a given, there will most likely be a point in the battle where they each must call for their summons, and she would follow suit.
