No, Minato is not a perfect jin.
However, if Itachi does not go Susanoo the second the battle starts he dies. Minato's speed is way above Naruto's which is way above Ay's which could not be followed by the sharingan.

You people overhype Minato's speed. Minato dodged A's full speed attack with reflexes+FTG. KCM Naruto dodged A's full speed with reflexes+pure speed. Itachi's speed is no joke either. He can easily keep up with Minato's speed with sharingan and has the ability to plan more than 1 step ahead.

He doesn't need to break rib cage, he can warp it away.

That, or he uses the TBB rasengan.

Has Flying Thunder God (according to fans is untouchable no data to back that up)

A Master at sealing including some Uzumaki seals.

Has half of the Kyubi's Chakra and can go Kyubi Chakra Mode

Now let's compare the 2 exceptional Shinobi:

Itachi's Tukuyomi(ultimate genjutsu) If Minato gets caught in this then yes. Game Over IF he gets caugt!

Itachi's Susanoo: Yes it is OP, but not invincible, the back is exposed and Minato moves very fast. A rasengan after a S/T teleport would end all that. Itachi is done for

Yata Mirror: Does not cover a 360 degree angle so only frontal attacks are negated Minato,again can bypass the mirror with a well placed S/T jutsu attack to the side or rear itachi would be done for.

Tsuka Blade: can seal away edo Minato IF he gets caught by it, but from what I've observed you need to be stationary for it to work. Incapacitating Minato 1st would be the only way this will work

Minato's Flying Thunder God: If tobirama could catch Izuna while back to back with Madara who had EMS active and wasn't able to follow it. What makes you think Itachi's MS could follow Minato's FTG? A well placed attack backed with FLG and Itachi is done for...again!

Minato's Sealing Techs: I he manages to place one on say itachi's back, then Susanoo won't matter because Minato can just teleport to the seal he place on Itachi and end it there.

honestly, Minato vs Itachi spasms are outta control, at this point it's like democrats vs republicans, but a lot of uchiha fans are butt-hurt, that's no doubt. I always lol when ppl try and generalize what a character they dislike, can and cannot do, I hope he shuts more haterz up though, I'm enjoying him get a little shine.

Itachi fanboys have had a good run... And they did defeat a few other rowdy fanbases. Like the kakashi fanboys.

But it seems the Minato fanboys are going to overwhelm Itachi's...

I won't miss the threads, they were annoying. What I'll miss are the funny meme's and the occasional funny joke a Itachi fanboy has.
