I'd agree. Kurama hasn't manifested in Minato but his chakra is.

It's KCM not BM. Minato doesn't have the fox eyes nor does he have the 6 lines on his face, the marking difference between KCM and BM.

It can't be Bijuu mode.....Minato doesn't have a Bijuu......he has half the Chakra of a Bijuu though. Therefore it must be Kyuubi Chakra mode.
