[Discussion] Why do people have the need to bash a certain character?

I made this thread simply because I don't understand why some people here just have to hate a certain character. I find that weird to be honest. To me, every character has some importance and I'll never say a character is useless. I also don't quite understand shipping. Although I do see Hinata ending up with Naruto.

Why can I just be the reasonable sasuke fan of Narutobase? Also no some of you hate just to act cool and follow a trend. You have no legitimate reason to hate a character and you're life becomes more bitter. I love all chars

I was of course not being serious, however I did mean it when I said I dislike Sasuke as a character. He offers absolutely nothing of interest to the story in my opinion. His dialogue usually makes me cringe, his motives are messed up and he warps the very plot around him - oh, and the fact that people actually care about him at all blows my mind.
