No he's not.

Having an Overpowered Taijutsu tech doesn't make him a master at all.

Sasuke has better taijutsu, Naruto is what i call average.The endings aren't even cannon and if they were cannon why doesn't Naruto make his clones do those moves? Seriously he can't keep up with Lee then in ending 15 you see him landing 2 hits on him.

Of course he isn't as good as Lee and Guy. They are the freakin' best...

No one is as good as Lee and guy, so Naruto not being as good as them isn't a bad thing. I say he's above average and SM (Frog kumite) makes him one of the best in taijutsu... Because you won't see the hits coming

Naruto in base mode taijutsu is above average but probably below sasuke. In SM he is definitely a master in Taijutsu but probably below Gai and Lee( when in gates) and above Sasuke.

Sasuke doesn't use Taijutsu anymore, he uses Kenjutsu, Sword Techniques. When's the last time you saw Sasuke punch someone in part 2.

Naruto is better at Taijutsu because he actually uses it.

even if you take the sharingan out, Sasuke still has the speed advantage.

In Sage Mode Naruto dose not need to Hit Gui or Lee the Natural Energy will still Hit them and cause damage. In the Pain arc even when Pain did block a kick He was still send flying from it's power and in Tail Beast form His speed can't be mach by Gui or Lee.

People seriously underestimate Naruto's Taijutsu. He caught the blade of Karui's sword with his bare hands in base mode and stopped Omoi from drawing his sword at the same time. He freaking took out one of Pein's paths just with a punch in SM. Sasuke's Taijutsu doesn't compare with Naruto in SM. Sasuke may be equal to Naruto in base mode.
