He couldn't hold susanoo because his sharingan deactivated. That doesn't prove Sasuke coudln't run at top speed. Its different then when Naruto first met Sasuke who couldn't run a few steps without falling down.
When Naruto (who was shown to be in base mode) rescued Sakura he was able to get to her before Kakashi could and before Sasuke could swing a kunai across the length of his body.
I feel a lot of people thing Sasuke is more skilled in taijutsu then Naruto because of his speed (body flicker jutsu) and the sharingan. Sharingan doesn't make a person move skilled in taijutsu, but it will make their taijutsu deadlier.
