Itachi Totsuka Wont Seal Juubi :-(

Ok guys I'm making this post in regards to the question of

"Can the Juubi be sealed by Totsuka?"

Well for starters I would like to say that I am an Itachi fanboy but I also am a firm believer in Manga facts with all of my Fanboyism hehe

MY personal belief is that its quite possible for Totsuka to seal the juubi but not the entire thing.

First off lets talk about Totsuka:

In the Manga it states anything and any one it pierces will be sealed.

With this information we can say if Totsuka pierced the Juubi it would be sealed BUT, The questions remaining with this statement is:

Does Totsuka have a Limit to what it can hold?:

Can the Juubi be pierced by the Totsuka blade?:


Does Totsuka have a Limit?

I believe Totsuka does have a Limit but I believe it is strong enough to suck up all 9 tailed beast and Possibly HALF or maybe more of the Juubi.

If we look in the Manga it shows that the Sage of six paths had to split the Juubi in half and sent one half to the moon and divided the other half into 9 different tailed beast.

Also if we look at Minato when he tried sealing the Nine tails he was only strong enough to seal half of it due to its physical size and chakra being so immense.

With this being said I believe Totsuka can Seal the Juubi but not the entire thing Possibly half of it maybe little more or Less.

So it hurts me to say this but I dont think Totsuka can Seal the Juubi Entirely.. But I do believe its strong enough to seal all the tailed beast seperately since they are only half of the juubi

Also! If it could seal the juubi

I believe the Juubi would be revived eventually thus someone needing to seal it again with Totsuka.

Can Totsuka Pierce the Juubi?

My answer to this question is yes!

The reason being is that since Totsuka is a spiritual weapon it doesn't physically pierce anything so no matter how tough of skin or armor you have the weapon would work like how Obito slips through objects



Also! If it could seal the juubi

I believe the Juubi would be revived eventually thus someone needing to seal it again with Totsuka.

@Minato Fanboys that will troll the fact that I downplayed Itachi a little. Remember minato could not even seal the nine tail fox and I believe totsuka is strong enough for that :-D

completely invalid and sounds like something completely made up in the last 10 seconds especially considering Nagato can absorb chakra and was still sealed....

Lul no its not bro, its as liquid material as chakra, Nagato has nothing to do with this, That is INVAILED comparing nagato to the juubi, which by the way could just sit down and absorb while nagato needs to juse jutsus also in a different situation than the juubi

Very interesting paradox but when those weapons were stated in the manga and anime it illustrated people and physical weapons and shields. Barriers and Yata mirror (spiritual weapon) dont apply.

u r a fool if you think minato can't seal kuubi without RDS
he did it for 3 purpose
1 he wanted naruto to control kuubi's chakra
2 naruto could not have been able to handle such large chakra
3 minato himself was not a jin type so he had no other option to seal within himself

Man these are the type of comments that get posted in peoples Signatures... the "liquid" you speak of his nothing but a spiritual representation of the sword itself. Has nothing to do with the actual weapon. Fuunjutsu all have unique aspects.
