How is it that Madara needs his real body to be the host for the 10 tails but the other Jinchuuriki were able to be host for their tailed beast in Edo Tensei? I mean Obito clearly stated that he turned them back into Jinchuuriki in their Edo state. So can someone please explain why Madara can't be the host for the 10 tails? This dude has unlimited Chakara and on top of that his chakara levels are massive because of the chakara he was granted from Hashirama PLUS its stated that Madara has the strongest chakara ever known within the Uchiha clan. I'm trying to figure this out before I call BS on it because its starting to look like an plot excuse from Kishi which wouldn't be a first.

I don't see how it can be any different except for the power scaling of the 10 tails compared to the others. Madara has everything he needs to be the 10 tails host from what it seems. I mean Madara was the strongest Uchiha and he has Hashirama's chakara as well which we know that Hashirama was the strongest Senju, which he has complete control over Hashirama's chakara. Also, he naturally(well not exactly) has the Rinnegan. It could be that Obito was lying to Madara.

Those Edo's were modifed to make peculiar Edos at the point of creation.... while Madara himself was a modded Edo, he was probably not made for jink.

The Tailed Beasts were not sealed into the Jinchuuriki's. What happen was Obito transferred the TB's chakra to their respective host using the Gedo Mazou. Because they don't have specific seals to put the Tailed Beasts in them, that means Obito had to use the Statue as a station (with Chakra Rods and the Six Paths techinque through the Rinnegan).

Another thing is that being a Jinchuuriki isn't something that simply anyone can be. The Edo Jinchuuriki's can use the TB's powers is because they were physically compatible when they were alive. When they were alive, they trained and practiced to use their TB's skills. That's why Obito's transferred the Bijuus Powers through the Gedo Mazou to their specific and respective/compatible Jinchuuriki's.

Isobu->Yagura
Matatabi->Yugito Nii
Son Goku->Roshi
Kokou->Han
Saiken->Utakata
Chomei->Fuu
Madara wasn't a Jinchuuriki when he was alive. On top of that, the way the Progenitor is, there is no way he can become it's Jinchuuriki.

The jinchuuriki are connected to the gedo mazou via black rods, nothing more.

They are edo jinchuuriki with their bijuu, thats it.

They did have the tailed beast inside of them. What Obito did was he made them host again but the tailed beast still were attached to the Gedo Mazou, right after the 4 tails host lost connection to Obito, Obito summoned the Gedo Mazou to pull the 4 tails out of the host with those chakara chains. This would explain how he could control so many at one time because he was using the Gedo Mazou to bind them. Obviously he did this so that if Kabuto tried to backstab him then the tailed beast wouldn't die along with the host. So he kept them bound to the Mazou just in case. They were still tailed beast host being controlled under Obito via chakara rods granted from the Rinnegan. Explain how they can transform into full tailed beast mode without having the tailed beast within them... You can't transform into a full tailed beast just using their chakara.

That wasn't the Tailed Beast actual body; the Gedo Mazou was pulling Son Goku's chakra out of Roshi. It's just that the Chakra was manifested in a physical form. Even when Naruto pulled out the Chakra Rods from Roshi, Son Goku's chakra was still linked and locked to the Gedo Mazou.

Yeah your right, I just read the page where the 4 tails explained.
