Tsunade has never made a poison more deadly then hanzou or sasori, she may can cure it, but she cannot do make a better poison!

That logic makes no sense at all! Chiyo and tsunade arent the same person nor does not have the same knowledge!

The sannin were spared by hanzo, fact of the manga! If he wanted them dead, they would be dead.

And again, tsunade doesnt have a cure for sasoris poison, sakura does (with prep), tsunade doesnt even have a poison to begin with that is in the discussion with hanzo/sasori!

This poison knocked out Jiraiya for a night. When he woke up he wasn't able to use his chakra. I think Tsunade used a weaker poison, she didn't wanted to kill him after all.

I believe you mean you're not fond of making logical connections in a debate. If it's not black and white for Tsunade would prefer it being left out.
She needed Jiraiya alive, thus it would follow that she wouldn't use a lethal poison. That's basic logic. Just because poison isn't her main method of attack it doesn't mean it isn't a valid means of attack for her. You're question who has it fodderized is flawed because intent is the question at hand.

Who's better at making poisons?

Well, Sasori has more feats as his fighting style is based on it, while we merely saw from Tsunade using one poison for Jiraiya.

Who has more knowledge of poisons?

Dunno. I would still tend to Sasori as he builds his fighting style on poisoned weapons. Putting Tsunade automatically above Sasori since she developed a antidote against the poison Sasori used is daring. We could essentially put Orochimaru in this comparison, as he made Sasuke immune to poisons.

Sakura countered Sasori's poison, and she is a chuunin and student of Tsunade, I'd say Tsunade has a greater knowledge of poison, and may be able to make a better poison also..

Sasori's poison is designed to kill yet it takes 3 days to do so and yes it paralyzes an opponent.

Tsunade's poison is not designed to kill and it paralyzes an opponent, stops them from properly using chakra, knocks them out, and is undetectable.
Tsunade's poison shows a higher level of skill than Sasori's does.

Why are you so ignorant? His poison was designed to kill the target. Its so complex that Sasori thought no one can make an antidote.
It has no antidote = it kills. Even you should understand this.
