Do you have another solution as to why they were not left paralyzed by poison?

Which is pointless anyway as Chiyo acknowledges Tsunade is better at poisons than she is. Thus if there is a poison that Chiyo can counter, Tsunade could counter it as well. Further the poison we saw Tsunade create, could not be counteracted by Shizune; whereas, Sasori's poison was counteracted by Sakura.

Because of this, Tsunade is a better poison maker, but we never see her make poison.

Has nothing to do with anything. Tsunade has never seen sasoris poison to counter it (she could if preptime like sakura had).

Tsunade has never made a poison more deadly then hanzou or sasori, she may can cure it, but she cannot do make a better poison!

1. Tsunade does have a poison. In fact, her poison making skills are so good that even while rusty she made a poison that Shizune couldn't counter.

and we know Tsunade is better at poisons than Chiyo. If Tsunade is the best medic, and Sakura has become better at poisons than Chiyo, and Tsunade compared Sakura’s progress to Shizune’s

So if Tsunade is Shizune's teacher and Shizune is the teacher of poisons weapons for Sakura, yet Shizune herself was unable to treat Tsunade's poison. Then, Tsunade's poison is harder to treat than Sasori's was. In fact, it's even arguable if Shizune's poison making skills are better than Sasori's.

Prep time hardly matters here this isn't a battle. Prep time therefore is automatically assumed.

2. The sannin were spared by Hanzo but they were not poisoned when they were. Unlike Mifune they showed no signs of being poisoned.

3. You say learn the difference, so educate me since you seem to know how the making and neutralizing of poisons works. And Medical knowledge does work with A>B>C because it's knowledge. Also it serves to reason if you can make counters to strong poisons you must be able to make strong poisons because to make a counter you would have to note precisely what went into the poison. And at that point making the poison is nothing more than mixing those ingredients in appropriate ratios

4. And the poison she used on Jiraiya wasn't aiming to kill him. But it's effects were still quite serious.

Sakura was able to counter Sasori's poison, so Tsunade can do it too.
And if she can counter such a high level poison it means she can create a high level poison if she wants.
