Theory on Naruto unable to Sense Sasuke.

We all know that Naruto must have sensed Minato and that's why he wasn't shocked that he teleported in.

Throughout the Manga Sasuke's Chakra has been changing when his personality changes, when he was going mad when fighting Danzo his Chakra turned more cold and so on. In this point of time his Chakra must have changed slightly to more of a clam Chakra and the last Chakra Naruto felt from him would be his evil Chakra after meeting up after Sasuke killed Danzo.

Naruto doesn't know what the current Sasuke's Chakra is like and so he probably can feel everyone's Chakra but he doesn't know who any of them are but, Hiruzen, Minato and most likely Orochimaru's as well. He shouldn't know that Sasuke was there or has even turned good, if he did it would kinda ruin it when he would have found out that he's on his side now...

It's not a long or big theory but that's what I think will happen.

Do we have any proof that he was not able to sense Sasuke? I mean he sensed his dad and knew he was coming, but that should still invoke some kind of shock or reaction considering his dad should be dead.

I thought that Naruto just put two and two together somehow, assuming Naruto also knows Orochimaru is there as well. I think it's more plausible he knew Sasuke was there, knew Oro was there too and guessed that his dad was brought back.

But if Sasuke's chakra did in fact change, then that might also explain why there was no real reaction as well. Only time will tell I suppose.

Well I think he could only sense killing intent in KCM as he was using a Chakra that has so much hatred inside (Kurama). Now that Kurama and Naruto are friends, I think he's now able to sense anyone as the Chakra he's using to sense is now not full of hatred, but that's just what I think, it's probably not true.

True.Naruto can sense negative emotions and he knows what the presence of his fathers chakra is like since he met him already.
And since the hatred in sasuke has lessened he should no longer sense the ill emotions he once harbored.

i dont think sasuke's chakra has actually changed..when karin says sasuke's chakra feels more dark that means it has become more denser..but the chakra NATURE remains same..
So naruto wont have any problem while recognizing sasuke's chakra

I suppose but I'm not sure, I do think his chakra feeling changed, Karin said "Is this the same Sasuke?" when she was sensing his chakra and that should mean that when sensed people wouldn't know it was Sasuke.
