So this is the trialer for the Tv series that marvel will be doing from now on ...to expand even more the marvel world , i love the idea & im gonna give it a try , but right of the bat , why the fvkc is agent colson alive -_- ...i know we is very popular but still ...i call a re dflag right there U_U & i just hope marvel doesnt start to fvcck things up .....cause i want this world to be awesome

And it looks great and I hope it brings interesting stuffs for Avengers 2.
Iron Man 3 created the field well, let's see how others walk on it now till Avengers 2.
Also, the show somehow reminds me of good old Power Rangers days.

Disney doesn't own it? Marvel owns it which is why it's SHIELD. It's Disney that owns ABC the channel I believe. Anyway it looks brilliant looks like J.August is set to play Luke Cage I think thats him in the trailer.

In 2009, The Walt Disney Company acquired Marvel Entertainment, Inc. for $4.24 billion. Along with Paramount Pictures, Marvel and Disney thereby created MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe) that have been releasing the Avengers and the franchise movies behind it like Iron Man, Thor, Captain America, Hulk and are also behind upcoming releases like Guardians of Galaxy, Ant-Man and eventually Avengers 2.

Agents of SHIELD are also part of this collaboration. So, basically it's not a matter of Marvel owns it or not. Disney owns a big part of cinematic Marvel movies. Maybe you should read more on those deals:

This Disney/Marvel is also bringing out other stuffs besides Avengers Initiative franchise. Like along with Agents of Shield, there is also plans to bring TV series on heroes like Mockingbird, Hulk, Punisher ect... Also, there's the upcoming Phineas and Ferb: Mission Marvel and Big Hero 6.
