Due to the mountain of Evidence given it is safe to assume that the Sage started the Uzumaki clan, Uchiha clan, and Senju clan.
One of the main things that circulate now however is where did the Hyuuga clan come from.
In this theory I have concluded that the Elder son is responsible for the Hyuuga clan and the Uchiha clan.
For starters I would like talk about the Elder Son
In the Manga it states that the Elder son did not hate his brother until after the Sage of Six Paths chose the younger brother as a successor at his death bed.
In this Chapter we see two things:
The Older and Younger son were both Grown men
and
There blood thinned out over time meaning "watered down genetics"
With this being said you might ask what does thinned blood and Elder son being grown have to do with anything? Well for starters I will talk about the elder sons eyes.
In the Image above you can clearly see that its a water down version of the Rinnegan with fewer spirals. If you take away even more spirals from this eye eventually it will look like a Byakugan:
Following this genetic breakdown from child to child eventually the offspring of the Elder son would have eyes that look exactly like the Byakugan thus making him the Original creator of the Clan.
Now for the next question regarding the Sharingan:
From looking at the image above the Sharingan seems to be nothing but a Byakugan that has been mutated or mixed with the Eyes of the Juubi.
But How did the Elder son Make the Byakugan then the Sharingan?
I believe the Elder son had Children BEFORE he hated his brother and AFTER he hated his Brother.
The Children before he hated his brother would form what we know of as the Hyuuga Clan
and
The Children after he hated his brother would form what we know of as the Uchiha Clan
BUT HOW?
As we know Jinchuuriki pass on genetic traits to there offspring (Naruto has Whiskers) but if we look at the elder sons we don't see any Genetic Traits that show in them which to this I Answer: Sealed or Dormant Genes from the Juubi
If the Elder Son had Sealed or Dormant Genes of the Juubi which was considered the most EVIL thing on the planet then what would trigger such a Dormant Gene and cause manifestations? The answer is Hate and Anger. When the Elder Brother began to hate his younger brother the genetic trait of the Juubi began to manifest in the offspring he had AFTER he hated his brother.
The Sage and the younger brother never had hate in there hearts and only Taught Peace and Unity
With this Logic:
Senju, Hyuuga, and Uzumaki were peaceful but due to Elder sons Hate passed on the Senju were forced to fight until it became a Necessity.
Not being affected by the Elder sons hate the Hyuuga and Uzumaki remained a peaceful and unified clan
Uchiha Sharingan is only acquired through Manifestation through lost, hate, or anger
Uchiha's get stronger the more hate they have
