Sasuke's level of amaterasu is more advanced then what has been seen of both Itachi and Madara. Itachi's tsukuyomi is more advanced then what has been seen of Sasuke's and Madara's(Madara used it against the raikage and it did the same thing as sasuke's when he fought killer bee). Madara's Sussanoo is more advanced then Itachi's and Sasuke's. Point being Madara does not have a comparable tsukuyomi to itachi.

1-You don't specialize what I don't know so therefore I'm inferring that you're speaking in regards to the entire post however, what I do know is that everything stated in there aside from Madara's usage of amaterasu is a fact.
