Plus there's all the other ninjutsu defenses.

Kazekages could probably wrap themselves in sand, gold, or iron spheres. (3rd and Sasori.)

Kakuzu's doton: domu can definitely tank it.

Tsunade and Hashirama can heal through it, and Hashirama can probably protect himself in wood.

You may be basing your judgement on the effect of one explosive tag, but how about 600 billion? Wear and tear. The only person that legitimately tanks this is probably the 3rd raikage.

sasuke because of the sharingan & susanno, naruto can do it in BM or make billions of clones, nagato because of the rinnengan, Madara with PS, Itachi with Yata Mirror, Gara with sand, hashirama can cover himself in mokuton, A with lighting armor.
