How some people magically know they have specific Sharingan's powers?

Well... let's start...
The first and the most basic question : Any Sharingan have the ability to be upgraded to MS -> EMS and can use any abilitiy from the doujutsu?

Why is that? My reasons :

Kakashi and Obito can use Kamui, because both share the original eyes, but we didn't see any of them using Amaterasu or Susano'o.
Neither Itachi or Sasuke showed that they could use Kamui. Itachi probabily learned how to use Amaterasu and Susano'o from the tablet(supposed it shows how to use) and Sasuke magically says "Susano'o" or "Amaterasu' and then BANG... he instantly learned these abilities...Yet, no even Madara could use Kamui.
Last but not least there is the Kotoamatsukami of Shisui, and we don't know if he could use Susano'o or Amaterasu, probaly not.
We didn't see Madara using Amaterasu, not even on the flashbacks.

So how the heck is a Sharingan's user supposed to know that he has X or Y Sharingan's ability?? Even worse how did Sasuke learned to use Amaterasu or Susano'o so fast?

it is for an Uchiha.. just because something is one way in our reality doesnt mean thats how it is in Narutoverse. Its a ****ing anime and Sasuke isnt the main character, we dont see him train for anything. Just like he got his hawk offscreen its very likely he messed around with his MS offscreen before the killer bee fight.

Trial and error. Kishi isn't going to show us how they learned it. In honesty it isn't that important. Would help but not important. After many battles and training sessions, one awakens a skill after coming up with ideas which lead to more ideas. Those ideas breed "accidents" which coincidentally lead to powerful techniques. Sasuke learned it from his Clan/Itachi/father. Itachi and Sasuke grew up with many uchihas so someone was bound to learn about the techniques or at least what they were.

They actually are unable to use any dojutsu from any ms. Each MS has it's specific abilities. Obito read the tablet, yet he has neither ever used amaterasu or tsukuyomi. While it is possible anyone can learn anything, until someone uses 3 sharingan abilities (Susanoo is a synthesis ability and therefore doesn't count) Then you have no case

Unless you are saying that kamui is a three tomoe sharingan ability, you are not making a case. Unless you can prove that kamui can be used outside of MS, then you have no case.
