How some people magically know they have specific Sharingan's powers?

No, what I mean is that some jutsu are maybe inside the sharingan since the beginning and the user only have to "awaken" them, which he/she cannot do unless he awakens the magenkyo first. In other words, the jutsu would come not from the user's inventive but they'd be already within the sharingan for an unknown motive.

To make things even clearer, I know this explanation is horrible, it's just that I don't understand what else Kishimoto has in mind. How could Obito use Kamui seconds after awake the magenkyo?

I doubt that, 'sharinganizing' jutsus doesnt work with kekkai genkai jutsus, and MS is a kekkai genkai.

Not exactly. You could copy a KKG with the sharingan, but couldn't execute it even if you know the correct hand signs and execution because your body lacks the capacity to execute it. But if you acquired such capacity, having "recorded" the jutsu with your eyes would be enough, such as Madara was able to use Wood Style: Wood Dragon, World of Trees, World of Flowers etc. right after receiving Hashirama's powers, that's because he had seen those wood style ninjutsu with the sharingan before that time and all he lacked was the genetic ability to use wood style. Similarly, if Sasuke saw Itachi executing those jutsu and then acquired the genetic capacity to perform then (= awaken the Magenkyo) he could have instant access to them.

This explanation doesn't hold true, anyway, as it doesn't cover Obito's case which brings us back to my answer to gjpaixao at the start of the post.

In order to use Susano'o user must be able to control both the MS as you can see here....

So this is one of the main reason that Obito or Kakahsi were not able to use Susanoo. Itachi implanted Amaterasu in Sasuke's eyes. Moreover in Naruto wiki it is stated that Itachi, Sasuke and Madara were capable of using Amaterasu

Makes sense. But i still don't think these abilities were copied. Also, I think if what you said is true, that sasuke would be the only one able to copy these jutsus (susanoo/amaterasu/tsukuyomi), so only people with the same genetics, no shisui/kakashi/obito.

Unless you are saying that kamui is a three tomoe sharingan ability, you are not making a case. Unless you can prove that kamui can be used outside of MS, then you have no case.

Obito used kamui in three tomoes while fighting agsinst fuu and torune.
