Kakashi would die... Nagato was an Uzumaki and just having the Rinnegan out a massive strain on his body. Obito shouldve died but he has senju dna. Kakashi gets exhausted after using the MS a few times...

Seriously though, I don't think Kakashi even needs a power up to defeat Obito. He's already proven what he can do against an opponent he's severely overmatched against in terms of raw power in his fight against Nagato. Plus he's basically the best match up against Obito seeing as they share some sort of link between their sharingan eyes. As was sort of hinted towards in the last chapter, Kakashi best chance of losing will be his sympathy for Obito and unwillingness/hesitation to deal the final blow.

i guess they will make peace somehow, but obito dies. the only power up to follow i'd say is that at some point a long time later kakashi might be able to use his mangekyou almost to obitos extend.

Naw the rinnegan isn't for Kakashi. In the end Kakashi will get the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan from Obito's other eye. He'll be able to use all Obito's hax jutsu without any significant chakra drain.
