No Kakashi is not getting a power up,Naruto is the one getting all the power ups next chapter Naruto get the other haft of Kurama's Chakra a major power up.

Nah, Kakashi won't get a Rinnegan, but I think it's possible for him to get the phasing skill of Kamui that Obito uses all the time.

Well, Kakashi would be automatically top 5 if this happens. U_U
