Where's the upload button?

This maybe strange, but I lost the upload button for pictures >.<, I can't find it anymore...
Did the system of uploading pictres changed or something? Because originally there was a button above and bellow the album to upload pictutes, but it's gone.
I've seen people who have upoaded pictures, so it's still possible. But how?

Do you have too many pictures?As the limit is 60 (depending on the format and size of the pics)

I already checked that, I have 73 picutes total over 5 albums, so that's not the problem.

I had the same problem but then i deleted 1 of my album that had 20 images and the Upload button apeared you should delete pics or a whole album
