lol Are you purposely trying to twist my words and suit yourself or you are naive enough to be really missing the point?

She is the lead character for Naruto as a character which connects the team Kakashi. She is the one who is there consistently for all her teammates as long as they let her be. Beyond that Kishi didn't feel the need to detail it. It's his story not mine. So fine by me.

I am not hung up with a personal idea of how a heroine should/must be. Not all stories demand a strong presence of male/female character. When I feel like reading strong female characters I would pick something else.

Of course she is a main character, there is no denying that. From what we have seen from her, in terms of abilities and overall calibre, is that she is more of a support character . . . I suck at wording this :NO: ( Basically she is a main character with a support character's development ? Best way I could put it )

OK. I can agree to that- about her not being much more extra ordinary than rest of Konoha 11. But then comes the next question-

Development how? What were you expecting her to be given her initial attributes? What do you think could have been added to her character? To what purpose? Are you talking about fighting abilities, or emotional? Was she to replace Shikamru? Exactly what Kishi could do with her differently?

People complain because Sasuke is still missing from the battle field. They don't like that we have yet to see the kages and Kabuto. Do you really think we should have chapters dedicated to Sakura among all this? Just to show that she is badass but no real advancement for the story?

Why not? Kishimoto took the time to spare a couple of chapter to give Hinata some development. He even went to the lengths of killing Neji to do it.

For instance, she was said to have the potential to be amazing at genjutsu, and yet she has none :| In part 1 Naruto she could have made a steady progression like Sasuke and Naruto. Yet she was only in two fights and just ended up complaining for the majority of the time. In the chuunin exam arc she was actually useful, but after it she is back to being the same where as Sasuke and Naruto have progressed

Sakura is a human we all get it but come on, In part 1 she was USELESS as hell, in Part 2 at the beginning she was really cool in my eyes but after Sasuke Vs danzo fight that she thought she could handle the situation about sasuke, killing him, she couldn't do it because she love sasuke, after that i just closed my internet browser, turned my computer off and took a walk, sakura is just.....USELESS!

I was talking about whether she lives up to the calibre of what could be considered a main character. Since she does not, and never will, my dislike of her remains justified and does not boil down to some psychological reasoning

She at least could help Konoha and it's alleys using her skills as a medical nin. Again- what would it add to the plot of the story itself if she knew an extra jutsu or two?

It's her thing. Uchihas rely on genjutsu. It's their thing. lol.

I wouldn't mind her having something more but I am not much fond of unnecessary fight scenes and added bits if they are not forwarding the story. So I get along fine with Kishi's writing most of the times.

Sakura may not be capable of killing Sasuke in cold blood but she still got to make her point. That she would rather die in an attempt to kill him instead of insisting for his return "no matter what" was made crystal clear. Naruto is not going to be a price for her to be paid for Sasuke.

She freed Naruto of his promise - not when she made that debatable statement to him about her love. She did it when she put herself out there in front of Sasuke as a target. She tried to attack Sasuke and made him an opponent then and there for the whole team 7 in the process.

I know that scene can be interpreted differently by some but that's how I see it.

Well she still alive and she is showing up in manga lately, (yes I know it's mainly showing her worring about naruto and healing him, but it's still better than nothing and what's inportant is that she is there right now) this might be kishi forshadowing that sakura will have something to do when taka and the hokages finaly apear (if combat most likely surport medic and maybe a few punches, or for delevolpment coming to terms with her feelings for sasuke and naruto I'm guessing).

Also does anyone think that kishi is try to tease naruhina and narusaku fans into a shipping war by showing sakura mainly worring about naruto, or showing both sakura and hinata around naruto on the same page in the last two chapters?
