She loves Sasuke, that's not a mistake. You saw duting the war she was upset about it, she doesn't want to love him but you can't just change emotions like that.

i actually thought the title was enough to attract the vewiers .. first i want to make a thing clear that i'm not a sakrua fanboy and u can jst include me in the list of people who dont specifically like her(or in simple words HATE HER) ..

Many/Majority people in the base hate sakura fr wat she is or the way kishi has presented her.. the following are the reasons tht i think makes her character so hated.
1) Poor character development by kishi sama.
2) ANNOYING...
3) Keeps punching her commrades(naruto specifically)...
4) not much of attractive luks ...
5) the only thing she knows is healing , breaking walls, and few skills chakra control and manupulation..
6) very rare powerups..
7) her really annoying teenage luv/crush on sasuke instead of her knowing the fact that sasuke dosent give a sh*t to her and tried to kill her countless times and naruto was always there protecting her and she always hurt her feelings...
and the list goes on ....

well all she has done in naruto series is
1) helped naruto and sasuke at the forest of death during the chuunin exams..
2) not much i remember in the first part
3) helped chiyo defeat sasori...
4) also she saved kankuro frm sasoris poision..
5) breakings more walls and healing sum fodder ninjas in the war...
6) ny other points can be given by the fanboys/girls ...

so basically wat i'm trying to say that neither her character is so bad to be hated so much nor does she has done any great deeds so that her character can be that much appreciated..

i really hope this thread will decrease the hatred of sum members towards her ...

For some reason for many guys Sakura seem to represent the girl who dumped/rejected them and to many girls the girl chased by the guy they had their heart set on. Freud called it "projection".

It involves projecting negative qualities onto others, and is a common psychological process, where they impose their personal feeling of uselessness on to someone else to feel better about themselves.

Rest are just trolls and spammers. Otherwise- there is no female character in the manga which has been developed beyond necessity to fit in storyline of the lead character Naruto. It's his story, no one else's.

well well.. i must say i'm honoured that u posted here IRA .. and tbh i actually didnt quite understand that projection thing .. but i agree that current atmosphere at NB is not suitable fr making them understand all this... btw i wuld like to hear Chatte's views in this topic.. u know she is more of a sakura supporter....

Sakura is not gifted with a KG or extraordinary stamina but she understands both her teammates and provides support when she can. She is a medical nin and a good one. It's rather realistic.

Shizune has been hanging out with Tsunade for years - I don't seem her doing anything noticeable. Sakura worked for her position and is there doing her job. She was the last one to finally get a teacher- among the three kakashi students. Kakashi never taught her anything since middle of Chunin exams.

Or you wanted Kishi to pull out some crap suddenly and power her up just for the sake of it? To what purpose?

I was talking about whether she lives up to the calibre of what could be considered a main character. Since she does not, and never will, my dislike of her remains justified and does not boil down to some psychological reasoning
