I don't know my friend, but about bloodbending that I have seen from korra from Amon is that:
1) He doesn't need to do any kind of body movement to control blood.
2) It doesn't seem to be hard or require tons of focus for him to maintain such a thing.
3) He somehow grabbed Korra when she was hiding from him, with must mean that he can sense everything that is possible bending since blood is like water for him. So there is no hiding for people and if he can grab people without seeing them then it must be possible to grab something by having eyes closed. Because he is still sensing it. And if he doesn't need to look then Itachi can't get Genjutsu on Amon since Itachi only have the sharingan and no sound genjutsus.
