I don't think that can be determined yet. Orochimaru is one of the most durable characters but truth is, we don't know enough about him at full power to make that decision on who's stronger yet

I believe so and I'm not even thinking about edos atm just straight up power and jutsu. Kabuto wanted a Zetsu soooo bad Oro has one for a body....somethng big gonna happen and he now has his arms back.

Oro now has 1000s of deadly and forbidden jutsu
Sage mode(yup, he was imperfect at it but with a zetsu body he should pefect it)
Wood style

only thing I think Kabuto has over him is the sound 5 and taka techs but I'm only assuming atm.

Oro no doubt is sly, creepy and durable but straight up raw power kabuto wins. Reasons: he can liquify his body due to suigetsu's abilty, unlimited chakara due to juugo's ability, heal very fast due to karins ability and his dragon sage mode, his advanced snakes and sound genjustu. Note: orochimaru cannot be predicted which might be his only advantage against kabuto. PS: having a zetsu body doesn't give u wood release or tech, it only enhances justus due to the firsts cell which zetsus are made from. Eg danzo had the cells yet no wood release.

kabuto never surpassed him. Kabuto just spouted trash because he got sage mode with the help of oro and 500000000 other nin. Kabuto doesn't have near the jutsu arsenal of oro. We've seen oro use kusanagi, rashoumons, body reincarnation, 10000 oral snakes and seals, have of which was without his hands(ability to use jutsu). We've never seen that from kabuto. Him having jutsu from a bunch of different ninjas just makes him diverse, not strong. It's how effectively those abilities can work simultaneously.

In summary, kabuto tried to mimic orochimaru too much and didn't go on his own path. He basically became a pseudo-orochimaru with less jutsu. Sasuke is the one who more likely past orochimaru based on a student-teacher relationship.

It can be argued that itachi could have solo'd out of the flute's hold. He told sasuke to look at him, but he never hinted that he needed sasuke's help. Infact, it leads me to believe that he was just concerned about breaking sasuke out first because, you know, he was looking over sasuke's shoulder the entire time. Anytime kabuto attacked, itachi risked his safety for sasuke. Demonic flute jutsu isn't that powerful, considering the opponent is able to use techniques that don't require them to move, like how shikamaru used his shadow to break it.


As to your last point... Kabuto is no where equal to itachi. This guy is too overrated.

Sakon and Ukon are fodders, even the fact that you're using fodders to hype Oro hows how pathetic he is
