Simple logic. If you know genjutsu, does it mean you know tsyukomi as well? No. There are so many fuuins. Minato knew some. Kushina taught him many other. I feel Minato would've read Tobirama's version of FTG and then applied some fuuin to create his own version.

Also, to say that Tobirama couldn't use FTG while fighting those 20 ppl is a wrong prediction. Think about it. If he teleported, the 20 jonins would've killed the others, which is what Tobirama wanted to protect in the first place. So inorder to buy time, he couldn't FTG?
But yeah, I do feel Tobirama's version is a lower version.

Wrong analysis i would say. Minato was able to teleport a full Kurama. If kurama is 100 times bigger than a person and it will take Minato 50% of his chakra then obviously he can teleport a person 200 times. Being a senju, do you think Tobirama doesn't have a large chakra reserve which is enough to teleport 7 beings?

Edit: Even if Kushina doesn't know the fuinjutsu in FTG but the mere fact that a fuinjutsu can be taught and she is from the Uzumaki clan means she is capable of learning it.

prediction and analysis are two different things. If I have to ask you, why Tobirama did not use FTG during the ambush? Why did he sacrifice to be a decoy if he can easily use his FTG? What would your answer be? PLOT? These questions alone can give you an idea that he can't use his FTG in battle.

Besides you haven't provided plausible evidence except saying why didn't he abort the mission?
We have seen Plot no jutsu a major reason in a lot of things that happen in Naruto.

Please don't rely on the line "to see is to believe bro". You know that clues left behind will lead us to the truth. You can use PLOT when you can't think of any reason but if there is then stick to it.

Sacrificing to be decoy just to let his men escape means that they are avoiding a fight with those 20 bounty hunters. If they are avoiding a fight then why did he not use his FTG? Before chapter 627 came out, we can say that we are just making predictions but when Hashi said that Tobirama needs to prepare his FTG then it's enough to know that the reason why he was not able to use FTG is he doesn't have time to prepare his technique.

Why different? Itachi had MS which gave him tsyukomi n Amaterasu. Tobi got something else. In the same way, Minato's s/t allows him to teleport to his seals. While kakashi/Obito's s/t allow them to go to different dimension and come back.
Same way I guess Tobirama had a version which was different.

Imperfect bcuz it could only transport himself. His edo tensei was an imperfect version as well which was perfect by oro. Same goes with FTG.


True, she is capable of learning fuuin. But like you said earlier (about yin-yang). This fuuin might require more than just fuuin. And there is no evidence of FTG being a Uzumaki fuuin.

Perhaps Tobirama has a different kind of FTG since it needs preparations though I believe that they are born with that ability and it was not created.

There's no plot in that since we know that his FTG needs preparation. That is enough for us to conclude that he doesn't have enough time to prepare FTG against those bounty hunters. Besides, I don't think his chakra is not enough to teleport 7 beings if he had time to prepare.

Which, unlike the squad, he could do it solo.

Ftg depends on usage.

Minato used seals, but may have known the Genma variant, which he taught.

The second may had creates both the Genma and the slash version.
