Believe me, it's way harded than just giving it a good thought. I don't anyone here would be able to create a better story than Naruto. I am not saying Naruto is a masterpiece or anything, but it's a story that attracted millions of people, and has a pretty good plot. Especially Naruto part 1. Shippuden isn't nearly as good.

If I had the time he had, it would be better and look better than Attack On Titan & thats the anime of the year right now. It would be similar to Naruto with Sasuke & Naruto, similar to A.O.T & S.A.O it would be bad@ss Its going to have so many cool @ss characters.

I think mine would be awesome because I'd try and pull inspiration from all sorts of mythology from Egyptian to Norse, and all sorts of anime from dbz to claymore, but at the same time I'd try and keep from making it too overly complex, god forbid I end up website like NB with ppl feeling as though they can second guess me on my own manga, I'd troll the hell outta my fans, lol.

I don't know. No offense to anyone, but I'm sure a great many people on here think they have good ideas when in reality they don't :/ It's possible for some of us to be better than Kishi, but I highly doubt it. I have, like, 4 made up Naruto characters as opposed to Kishi's 100+
If I were to make a manga it would be short, like Hellsing.

But seriously, I don't know. Naruto really got the emotional strings. I'd sure as hell do a war better if my series called for a war though, which I doubt it would. I really would do what I said above. Mine would be romance, some action, some comedy and it'd focus on insanity with atleast some villain or hero. I'd go into a character's psyche.

I dunno, I think their's nothing to it but to do it. not saying it's going to be easy, but who's to say it won't be wildly popular as well? a few fan fics around here are way better than some of the fillers I've seen of Naruto, I honestly think if you're dedicated to your craft, you will reap a few benefits, however the biggest challenge is making something that interest entire groups of ppl, not just one type of person...namely yourself

I would love to try and when I have written fanfics, I've been told they would make amazing sequels or should be part of whatever fandom I wrote for (added to the actual story by the creator), but I could never compete with the great ones like Kishimoto and Toriyama.

A lot of people will say yes.
I have read many fan fiction and privately published stories online.
Most of them are mediocre at best. Too many rip offs, stereotypes, poor description and dialogue, and often childish or borderline autistic plot schemes.
I myself do a little creative writing but I don't post it on the internet or anything. My stuff is good enough to make me enjoy reading it. That's good enough for me. I honestly wouldn't want to read the criticisms of readers anyway. I see my stories in the worlds I imagine my own way and wouldn't really want to compromise that to please readers. That's something you have to do to sell.
