frankly its too much work =/ and it will cause too my chaos bcz ppl will join different clans and everybody will make too many clans wit too many custon clan jutsus etc

I desagree in one important point:

In clan abillities, i think that is almost like a costum element, imagine, you want to do your costum element, metal for example, then someone make a clan with some earth afinity that can control metal -.-

yeah i understand that part is clear but like have one the basic elements as a clan ability for example

assuming this is still open for discussion, i don't think its a good idea because eventually everybody will be using/needing a custom clan just to be competitive when it comes fighting.

i think that to make it easier if the village system goes through we put 1-2 custom clans for each village its would be good
