I guess this was going to happen, but i think naruto will tell what he knows about danzo and his deals with hanzo in the past, and that will lead to some big events, but whats scare is danzo's purpose for naruto. He thinks of him as only a weapon, this could mean naruto may have some hard times ahead (but danzo will train him he believes in being prepared).
