Definition: The power of acting without the constraint of necessity or fate; the ability to act at one's own discretion.

That's why I can do what ever the hell I want, when ever the hell I want.

Actually, some people believe our brains make every decision for us, setting us on a linear path that can't be changed or influenced. Almost like our thoughts and consciousness are separate entities from the decision making part of the brain, simply a spectator on the outside looking in. However, these processes are interconnected; the direction of our thoughts is steered by the uncontrollable and unchangeable decisions that our brain has made on our behalf, not the other way around, where free will exists and our thoughts dictate our actions. For example, you want to eat a hamburger because your brain already decided, on your behalf, that you're going to eat one.

Everyone Has Free Will. We Just Act In A Structured Manor, Without Structure There Would Be Anarchy. The Government Restricting Us Is To Maintain Peace And To Keep Us From Harming Ourselves. (Think Of Hitler)

Definition of FREE WILL

1
: voluntary choice or decision <I do this of my own free will>
2
: freedom of humans to make choices that are not determined by prior causes or by divine intervention
I mean I'm pretty sure the dictionary isn't religious

To an extent, perhaps. Can't have 100% free will, though. Things like social context and morals help to ground us, in a sense.
