Well, the jutsu itself will be the same power and rank. The Keigoku inside it will make it harder to block however as it is capable of passing through physical objects depending on your rank. Anymore questions? ^^

( Nekura Ichizoku Hijutsu: Zokugie ) - Nekura Clan Secret Technique: Unholy Conversion

Description:
Once the Nekura casts this technique, it generates a small portal in front of him. From then onwards, whenever he shoots out a technique from him or from in front of him, a little Keigoku goes from the portal into the technique ( i.e., if he uses a fireball, a sphere of Keigoku, tennis-ball sized hides inside the fireball, and attacks the opponent as well when the fire hits him, or even if the fire is blocked, it needs to be blocked as well ). However, it does not work when techniques are being cast that come from other directions ( such as spikes from under the opponent, or wind from the sky ) as the portal is not near them.
Since the amount of Keigoku used is small per technique, it only gives the opponent a headache and makes him lose concentration for a few seconds if it hits, however the effects stack- i.e, if the first time he loses conentration for two seconds, the next time his already weak mind loses focus for four, then six, and so on.
No Forbidden-rank Nekura techniques may be used while this is active.

Yes, the portal in front of you stays open until you move locations or close it. Though they cannot see the chakra inside the technique, they would likely be able to see the portal in front of you, and assume that a nekura jutsu is used, though once more, the keigoku being hidden inside the jutsu would still be hard to see for non-sensors/doujutsu users.Yaay:bouncy:

Well, that's easy. Keigoku works similar to normal chakra while still maintaining it's intangibility. This means that the Keigoku used will always be of relative strength to the user that uses it. You, being a paldin, do not have extremely powerful Keigoku. Your Keigoku can pass through only small bushes, rain, mist, or small rocks. So that means, that most earth jutsu that are thick, most mokuton jutsu, and water jutsus will be able to stop your keigoku. As I said, it's all relative to the user's strength.

A question came to mind...

This technique will be present from the time it's being cast until we wish to cancel it. However, is the portal stationary or will it keep being in front of us as we move? (During battles, we need to move around you know xD)
The jutsu's description leads me to believe that the portal will move with us (staying in front of us) but I wanted to make sure by asking you.

Ok my dear sycophant, i see Akuma has shown you how to use Keigoku and portals to combine with other attacks, that is the basics of the Nekura, now for this next exercise i want you to focus on building a large amount of Keigoku...But i want you to do so before you open the portal, i want you to visualise pushing all of that Keigoku up against the place where the portal will be opened first.
Do that now please.

After listening to his new teacher, Urahara proceeds with the next exercise. Before opening a portal in front of himself, he concentrates on gathering a great amount of keigoku where the portal would be made in the Moon. When the amount of keigoku was great enough, Urahara formed the portal in front of him while forming on in the Moon aswell. All the gathered keigoku traverses the portal at once. Now the Clown and hat man could see it all through the portal that was close to them.
(I hope I did it correctly >.>)

No no no no, to quickly my friend to quickly, try it again, i just want you to build the keigoku chakra for now, continue applying pressure behind the portal, i will tell you when the time comes to open it, one step at a time.

Good good, now i want you to focus on your shape compression, try and force the Keigoku to take on properties similar to a lightning bolt, think back to your elemental trainings and draw on them to shape the keigoku, then when the portal opens the Keigoku should rocket forth under the power of the compression, taking on the looks of a bolt of lightning, and thanks to such pressure any chakra sensor or doujutsu user will be blinded momentarily due to this huge sudden outburst of chakra.

Having advanced this far, Urahara listens to what he has to do now then breathes to help himself focus.
All the keigoku he has gathered so far was starting to get a bit difficult to maintain "Similar to a bolt of lightning..." Urahara remembers the first time he was forming a lightning bolt, how was it? Now having it pictured in his mind, he proceeds to shape the gathered and compressed keigoku into a ball. It was more difficult because he would see the bolt of lightning in front of himself when performing it while he now had to shape it without seeing it. Thankfully he ended managing to make it have similar properties to a lightning bolt: the keigoku lively agitating in the ball... Urahara could recognise that while shaping it while making sure to keep on the pressure behind the portal.
As he felt he was ready, Urahara opened the portal which was in front of him and the conpressed keigoku which was shaped as a lightning bolt eagerly emerged from it. It went straight forward at great speed while still being compressed...
So it also blinds chakra sensor and dojutsu users? This keigoku has more uses than I thought o.o

Keigoku has many uses. xd
On a side note it isn't as compressed when it releases, it arcs violently in a similar fashion to lightning, watch star wars if you don't get the reference, it's based on force lightning from the films.
With that being said congratulations you have learned.
( Fōsurai ) - Force Lightning

Description: The user, by using expert chakra control, moulds their Keigoku chakra before opening the portal. Through this method, the user creates a "pressure" of chakra behind the closed portal. Then, the user will open the portal within short range of themselves suddenly, letting the foul chakra explode out into the jutsu. The sudden appearance of such pressurized chakra creates a "flash" of chakra bright enough to momentarily blind dojutsu users and sensors (only if their dojutsu/sensor techniques are active). The Keigoku then shoots forward at the target shaped like lightning, causing pain and temporary incapacitation for one turn
Note: The "sensory/dojutsu blinding" effect lasts long enough for the lightning bolt to travel to mid-range and lasts only during said turn.

Chakra sensor and Dojutsu users will only be blind when it comes to seeing/perceiving chakra, correct? Or will they become completly blind? That's the only question I have regarding this jutsu.

Well a chakra sensors ability to sense chakra will go completely haywire, so if this came from behind they would have no idea as the concentration of chakra would disable the sensory making it completely ineffective.
As for doujutsu users this will blind an uchiha or hyuuga completely for a moment as they see chakra with the doujutsu active and all the pressurised chakra will be like a blinding flash of light, however if they deactivate the doujutsu they can see again.

Good okay next i want you to envision for a moment if you will, someone avoiding your force lightning, now we all know it happens, but us Nekura also have a resolution to the issue of a person dodging, now using our control of Keigoku i want you to first fire a bolt of force lightning, and while it is in flight i want you to take control of the Keigoku and reform the substance in to fine senbon sized needles, then i want you to redirect it in another direction, use your knowledge of Keigoku chakra and try this now please.
