More evil? Itachi or Danzo?

danzo abandoned a village to massacre so he could rule whatever was left
brainwashed children
extorted an orphanage
supposedly plotted with orochimaru to kill hiruzen
gave order to kill uchihas to prevent a coup. one wonders how a coup can be performed with a bunch of housewives, retired men and babies.
gave order to brainwash and kill off kabuto's mother by making her attack and try to kill her adopted son
plotted with hanzo to destroy akatsuki who really hadnt done anything wrong yet
with held intel which could have been used to defeat akatsuki

more cartoony petty criminal evil IMO. but evil, no mistake about that

then theres itachi
- knowingly and brutally mindraped and tortured a child three times. knowing uchihas have mental problems dealing with suffering and loss. knowing revenge doesnt bring anyone peace nor does it stop the pain.
- withheld vital intel and threatened high treason. people have been tortured and killed for lesser slights
- ordered the attempted murder of an innocent child
- tortured kakashi viciously for no reason, and tried multiple times to kill kakashi in cold blood.
- ordered the attempted killings of kurenai and asuma. though gai stopped him.
- participated in the kilings of seven peopel including a high ranking commander in the land of wind's army. who were allied with konoha
- was about to let kisame mutilate a child
- slaughtered babies and shoved a sword in their chests purely because of the speculative threat of them POSSIBLY turning evil in the future
- butchers his defenceless parents then shits on their last request by attacking and torturing his own brother who he promised to protect.
- allowed danzo to get away with everything he ever did and did nothing to stop him.
so babies should die for potentially being a threat to konoha but the real threat stares you in the face and you do nothing. nice.
- tried to brainwash and enslave his own brother. to protect konoha and nothing else. because you know..its not like konoha's trusted allies and brothers over in the land of wind are worth it. let em burn!
- took dying to repent for anything he ever did. im afraid its far too late, buddy.

Danzo was more of a douchebag, he always did the wrong things, wrong decisions.

orochimaru is evil. do you or do you not agree that is not character bashing, what i just said? therefore is it not correct to say all of itachis crimes were him CHOOSING to do them? not created by circumstance? he could have lured kakashi and the others away with genjutsu and clones. a shinobi of his calibre can easily avoid whatever fight he wants. he wanted that fight. he wanted to viciously torture kakashi and then have kisame cut them apart.

Can you prove he took any pleasure in any of those acts? No. He tortured Sasuke to make his hate grow to light a fire under his ass and motivate him to get as strong as possible. Literally all of this has already been explained multiple times from various viewpoints in the MANGA. Youre trying way too hard
