7. Sasuke (u might question him he hasn't been really smart lately but he has shown how smart he is in battle other times )
8. Hurizen (said to learn every Jutsu non Kekki genkai related in leaf
9. Kakashi (learned 1,000 Jutsu though due to copying but still extremely smart in general)
10. Deidara trained himself to be impervious to genjutsu

6. Gaara ( he was able to not only save himself but all the other kages from madara's Wood Release: Advent of a World of Flowering Trees witch is an instantaneous Forrest big feat tbh his reflexes is on par with ay's but he's lower because of the sand usage)
7. Madara (was able to keep up with Ay I don't know witch level Ay was v2 or v1 though)

10. Kabuto prime (was able to dodge Susanno arrow easily lowered cuz no longer in prime)

4.Obito uchia (kuami ms rinnigan intagability)
5.naruto (BM KCM SM, wind release rasengan clones BM SM clones kurama high chakra etc)= Nagato (rinnigan six paths uzimaki chakra stamina etc)
