One of the problems i have with your list is that
Itachi should be above orochimaru on the intellect list

Stamina not sure about stamina cuz I mean chakra and stamina arnt the same thing one is to create nin Jutsu the other is to show how long u can go in a fight gaara is a former junjirchi in order for u to become one u have to have enough stamina and chakra reserves as a baby (meaning already high in both) to survive the operation hence why his dad said he's only child in sand who can hold one tails at bay also gaara in this war has shown how much stamina he has by fighting his dad mu troll age and madara back to back also helping onooki stop metors etc
So as far as stamina Kisame hasn't really shown anything

But for strength gai and chakra kisame ( can't believe I forgot bout him ) I agree

ARE SH*TTING ME! Kisame has shown stamina? survive day inside samehada no food after fighting Bee. Kisame even said he "never tires and never falls". The only one to ever make such a quote, cmon do your research if you're gonna make a top 10 list know every characters ability. What an insult to him, it what his character is based off of.

Both onooki and mu beat both sasuke and itachi both dudes have nothing to say for dust release can't stop onooki or mu from fighting and for mu personally they can't handle his invisibility

Itachi is brilliant but he has horrible stamina and chakra reserves he cannot fully beat anyone on tht list best he can do is stalemate against trollkage or Minato as in the end he would tire out first give them a chance to kill him


Sasuke is top 15 in terms of abilities he's tied with gaara at moment
When he gets another power up (ems hasn't been proved to be a power up just ms with no blindness) he will move up
Until then he doesn't even touch 10 on top ten at best I think he might b able to tie with nagato

Yet couldn't even comprehend a simple lesson from Kakashi on chakra shape, chakra nature and chakra control. Failed the academy 3 times. Couldn't even figure out one question on the written Chunin exams and couldn't even figure out the point of the written exam, which EVERY genin from the Konoha 12 figured out. Was stupid enough to enter Haku's crystal ice mirrors when even a 4 year old wouldn't be stupid enough to do that. Tried using Rasengan on Nagato even after stating that ninjutsu won't work on him. Creative? Yes. Intelligent? Not really
