Not now, not ever, will Tsunade be an S/T user. She is brute force, not speed.

Back in the pain arc, Tsunade told Jiraiya to send a frog back to Konoha to ask for help. Amegakure and Konoha are far enough away that the distance would take too long for a message to get from point A to B and then get backup from point B to A. With FTG in her arsenal, She could've saved Jiraiya by marking him and helping him if he was in trouble.

Why didn't she? Because she doesn't have FTG. But believe all you want, I'm done here. Seriously.

FTG is a technique which allows the user to transport themselves to a given location in the blink of an eye.

don't ever think that minato learned by himself because,

FTG is senju jutsu and tobirama found this jutsu and he taught it to tsunade and she passed it to minato.

if someone wonder why she didn't use it against madara , i would say that she was busy healing the kages and fighting at same time and if she was alone then she will use it definitively against madara.

tsunade is senju and she also knows lighting release so definitely she knows FTG from her uncle tobirama

Sorry but I laughed so hard when I read this..

Tsunade does NOT know it, if she did then she wouldn't of risked her life teleporting to Madara with the Raikage's assistant jutsu.

Another thing is that, FTG technique is similar to the Second' teleportation, in means of theory of Space-time ninjutsu..but the FTG is something based on seals and combined with Space-time ninjutsu: Minato learned these seals from Kushina, if anything the FTG is a Uzumaki based technique with a Minato-twist NOT a Senju technique.

..and I have no idea how you're trying to connect Lightning Release with FTG; Lightning release is used for the Body-flicker technique, that's why the Raikages are so fast and so is Sasuke, Kakashi (you need to be a Lightning nature) FTG is used by means of seals and Space-time ninjutsu NOT Lightning release.

oh and when Tsunade said "we'll save the Flying Thunder God technique for him" she meant only Naruto, I thought that would be obvious..notice how after she says that it goes straight to image of Naruto.
