Minato rather doesn't have it, or is an incomplete sage. Pa/Ma said that Naruto has surpassed Minato and Jiraiya when he came to the battlefield at Konoha. It's unlikely at that point that Naruto was superior to Minato, they were most likely refering to toad training and sage mode. Hinting at that Minato is an incomplete sage.

Sage Mode would have been a great help as he would be much faster than Tobi, possibly so fast than Tobi wouldn't even have time to react with Kamui.

Tobi avoided A and managed to save Sasuke from Dust Release.

Only FTG has been able to blitz him so far.

Minato was said to be faster than A even without FTG, so that argument is just stupid. Minato plus Sage Mode would be so damn fast that he would rip holes in space and time. Okay that might be to exaggerate a bit, but the point is he would be fast.

However, two things:

1) Maybe Minato chose to train in sealing jutsu over Sage jutsu
2) Minato maybe didn't have the right body type to use sage mode; just like Ororchimaru.(just a guess though)

Correct me if i'm wrong, Didn't Tobirama state he can't use FTG cos of Orochimaru controlling them??? Well if Minato could use it then he could FTG all of them to the battlefield at once. Since he's not using it, the simplest conclusion is he must have more jutsu, otherwise he would be useless on the battlefield against Madara...

Anyway it's just retarded to think that Hokage level shinobi knew only couple of jutsu...

This use to be obvious but, after recent manga progression, kishi made the reveal a complete arse pull. There's a difference between throwing the users off of a foreshadowed event and completely debunking it. Kishi debunked minato possessing SM then pulls this out...
If he had pulled it out on juubito then at least then it would make sense.
