first, kakashi would have tried regular attacks and would have maybe success in killing one heart, in former battle he did with help but im guessing he would be able to do that again, aftar that kakuzu will spread to 4 and then no kamui would help he would kill another 2 hearts top

First of all you made up your own biased scenario for this fight. Second of all he can Kamui Kakuzu at any point of the fight meaning he wins.

Kamui at large scale as taking a whole human is taking time, by that time kakuzu could kill him, or at least split up to 4-5

Kakashi can't Kamui at the beginning of the fight, he has to take time to build up chakra. He has never used Kamui at the beginning of any fight. It's actually a pretty even match, Kakashi would have a hard time focusing on Kakuzu if he's getting blasted from multiple angles.
The DB states, he needs to build up chakra first

The opening says MS Kakashi. That could only mean that MS feats are activated already for this match, so Kakashi wins against any character in any scenario that can't counter Kamui.
