Naruto doesn't have yellow flash speed, the yellow flash is a teleportation formula jutsu, not based on an individual's own projected speed, meaning all you have to do is throw the kunai's/place the formulated kunai somewhere, hence teleporting you where the kunai is at.

So Minato, basically is not the fastest in terms of "running"/"using one's legs to gain momentum, hence reaching a top speed like Naruto and Ay." So we can all agree that Minato is not on par with Ay and Naruto in terms of running, But Minato is faster than both? because his kunai's can be place almost anywhere, where no ninja would suspect.

So, yeah, without the FTG jutsu, Minato could lose easily, Guy(8 gates) > Minato.

First of all everybody knows this. In my opinion this only makes him faster. If naruto and minato are heading towards the center of the village it might take naruto 10 seconds in fox mode but minato would be there instantly(assuming he has a kunai on location). Besides minato still is pretty fast on his feat just not as fast as A and naruto because they increase there speed with ninjutsu

Why doubting the obvious. Being a shinobi means using jutsus to improve your skill and strenght. Minato uses ftg for his speed and so what? He is the fastest shinobi.
Talking of Base Speed, remove naruto's bijuu mode or sage mode, remove Ay's lightening cloak...Minato is still faster than them.
He caught baby Naruto in the air with so blitz speed, removed the cloak bomb from him in an instant then teleported and threw the cloak away.

Anyway, Minato's base speed/reaction time is the fastest we've seen. When he teleports, there is no streak of yellow light due to there being no movement, only teleportation but the yellow streak occurs when Minato uses his base speed.

That yellow streak of light indicates that he's fast as heck.
