ignorant ..you really have not stated how base jiraya wins ..Of course SM stomps Hidan... Your whole argument is that hidan who like i said has shown evasive feats ...gets caught by hair? Please Hidan Obtains blood by throwing his scythe while Jiraya is too busy Trying to catch him with hair...Now without intel jiraya wont bother to dodge it all the way seeing how he is focused on capturing Hidan .. he might nudge out of the way but hidan throws his scythe with enough velocity that he would not be able to dodge it fully

Can his scythe even pierce through his hair? Jiraiya rasengan's to the face and Hidan is immobile then. Jiraiya outspeeds him and outsmarts him.
