sasuke needs "specific" conditions to be met to use kirin this was put in plain text when he used it on itachi and sorry but tsunade doesnt have the right jutsu up her sleeve to create these conditions during the fight sorry man no offense sasuke would still win though it would be more difficult than you would think

Katsuya has incredibly high resistance n high endurance... Tsunade has high healing n high REGENARATION abilities... Sasuke loses. Kirin wouldn't hurt her, nor can he get past katsuyas ability, n he can get caught in katsuyas body , which would b deadly for sasuke.. Tsunade eould b able to get direct hits , 1 blow would b sasuke's demise. Sasuke isn't winning this battle. She's a legendary sannin.

Kirin wouldn't work on katsuya, also, tsunade can hide in katsuya or 1of her clones, while sasuke battle her summonings, if he uses Kirin, that won't effect tsunade being inside katsuya, withiy tsunade using any healing regeneration. Look at what he 3rd raikage did against a resistant bubble Mario was hiding in when he was using his lightning spear, nothing, even with 3 fingers being used, now put katsuyas resistance n endurance against sasuke's inferior lightning jutsu, besides Kirin. Sasuke will not be using Kirin in this fight.
It takes time to heat up the atmosphere and he doesn't have the added bonus of Amaterasu being used everywhere.

So now all he has left in his arsenal are fire style jutsus, his chidori variants and his CQC.
His sword, easily destroyable by Tsunade.
She needs only summon Katsuyu. Full intel right. So here's the counter to genjutsu.

These minis can stay in your clothes. Why is this helpful? Because Katsuyu can use chakra, and because she can heal, it logically follows that she can insert chakra. Likewise chakra can be inserted into her. Thereby creating a safety net for genjutsus.
Which now means a Katsuyu that Sasuke will begin to overwhelm him. Why? Because she can literally divide herself into thousands of herselves. In such a scenario there is no way Sasuke could fully deal with her.
Much less try to outclass Tsunade in CQC. Which I'm quite confused as to why people think that will happen anyway. As no one has ever really tried to go toe to toe with her. Kabuto's strategy was run in, run out. It was not engage and press CQC. And he while he did manage to hit her while she was in mid-air the second her foot touched the ground he was too slow to get away from her.
There are many ways for Tsunade to beat this version of Sasuke. And yet only 1 way for him to try to win.

Sasuke went into his fight with Itachi fully prepared to use Kirin, even without knowledge of Amaterasu. The Databook entry of Katon: Gōryūka No Jutsu also alludes to its atmosphere changing heat.

Amaterasu simply heated up the atmosphere further and made Kirin more destructive. Without Amaterasu's heat it would be weaker, yet Sasuke was still banking on its speed and power without Amaterasu.

His sword, easily destroyable by Tsunade.

Depends on how she hits it.

If she hits it on the flat side if the blade then it will shatter. If she hits the edge while Chidori is being run through it then it will simply slice through he arm.

That won't help against reality simulation Genjutsu. She won't even know she's in it, nor will Katsuya.

Sasuke is faster (Much more so when he uses the Curse Seal), Has Sharingan Pre-Cog, and has a better style of Taijutsu.

She won't and can't hit him.

It was never stated that Tsunade couldn't die. Her power is limited to high speed regeneration, it doesn't increase her durability and she can't recover from instantaneous death.
