Guy and Kakashi are definitely Kage level. It would be interesting to see who would win if they fought Raikage. I'm not sure kakashi could handle that speed.

Dont know if Kakashi has enough chakra to kill Tsunade since she would heal any damage he dealt and kakashi runs out of chakra fast.

I think Guy and Kakashi are stronger than the other kages but Tsunade could take Kakashi due to his low stamina. None of the other Kages can take Kakashi except maybe Raikage

Nice post. I also think Raikage would be Kakashi's worse nightmare, but beside him, i think Kakashi can defeat any of the other Kages. Against Tsunade, he doesn't need to kill her since he can warp her easily in Kamui's dimension forever. She isn't that particularly fast anyway and Kamui is one of the fastest if not the fastest jutsu in this manga, so it's a worse nightmare for Tsunade as well. Concerning Gai, i think he would have difficulties against Onoki, but besides him i think he can defeat the rest besides Gaara maybe depending on the location

Kakashi w/ Kyuubi chakra is broken. He is almost the new solo king.

Gai, the fact that he isn't dead after fighting Madara just proves how strong he is.

Depends on what you define in terms of "general Kage level". These current Kages have already been said to be very disappointing in the eyes of Madara, who knew of 1st Hokage, 2nd Hokage and Muu. Therefore if we were to try to rank Kage levels, these Kages would be ranked very low. However, Kages now seem to be elected more on popularity, rather than who possess extreme power.

That being said, Kakashi and Gai (being nice) are very low Kage level shinobi. The reason why I would say very low Kage, still possibly high Jounin, is because I think a few of the Kages would still best them individually. Not to play favoritism, but neither has what it takes to defeat Garra and probably Onoki, who are still considered "low rank" Kages. They only beat Tsunade and the 4th due to fighting style advantages and/or intelligence.

The general Kage level for me represent the current generation of kage, not super kages like SDR, or Muu for example, not legendary kages like Minato, Hiruzen for example or gods like Hashirama. I do think they are stronger than Gaara at least, but i respect your opinion

Oh ok, that makes sense. I'd rank 1st Hokage high Kage, Muu mid, Minato mid, etc leaving this generation low lol

I think they are stronger than Gaara and Mei; maybe A and Tsunade too; not sure about Oonki but they would give him hella fight seperately; and probably would defeat him if they form a tag team. (8th gate Gai is stronger than any current kage i suppose) And it is not just power levels; they both shown enough intelligince(esp. Kakashi) in their fights and they are both really brave and devoted; they are important things for being a kage.
The other kages were less brave than them in their fights with Madara (not Tsunade ofc; than later Oonki but Mei and Gaara (esp. Mei) was kinda pu*sying)

They are in kage level; atleast mid-kage level i think.
