Yeah, that whole rasengan thing *cough* I have a cold. *cough*

I was told that putting things in a matter of minutes/seconds doesn't translate well for the RP (told by Nexus and Roku). It takes around 5 seconds for the entire process. A more Manga appropriate answer would be.. the same amount of time to activate a CM. O_O
