According to wiki the three strongest Shinigami excluding Aizen/Ichigo ofcourse are;

1. Yamamoto
2. Unohana
3. Kyoraku

o-o making Unohana the second strongest

As we kno she is not stronger than zaraki so just make her number 3

The vizards he was fighting with wer not that strong Lisa mabey but not that other girl...stark not getting to barrgan he can try but will fall short just like if he fought ulquiorra,ulqiorria is to fast for stark an to strong an if stark cero hit him he will just regenerate stark not on ichigo full hollowfied level so ulquiorra has nothing to fear.

In R2 Ulquiorras reiatsu is probably near Starks level... Stark could kill Hollow just by being around them without trying and Ulquiorra hasnt shown anything close to that kind of reiatsu. Actually Aizen is the only one that has displayed that kind of power by killing humans because of his immense spiritual pressure and that was when he had evolved a few times. That is the kind of power Stark has and Shunsui could fight and kill him. Barragan may be offensive but Starks attack speed is better and will hit Barragan after all he has more reiatsu and can output more therefore.

Zaraki by having a released shikai all the time is half way to using his full power completely. I am merely saying that it is not far fetched to say that his power may be based of Gashudokuro because of the things we have seen from Zaraki. Renji will surpass him eventually... It is inevitable and that is how he will grow in maturity and power... whether it be near or to the end of the Manga Renji will succeed.

Ulquiorra cant destroy wolves that cant be destroyed, he can hit them but they will then reflame and come back thereofore hitting Ulquiorra again. Ulquiorra wont be brought down by one regular cero maybe but by thousands and the wolves he will get taken out. Ulquiorra hast shown any reiatsu to be at the level of killing hollows out of existence.

They have to have experience and power so that they have faith that the CC will protect them. She wont just follow anyone just like the other captains wont just follow anyone..... Imagine if Soi fon became CC no one would acknowledge her.

He has slowly been able to get closer to Byakuyas level and I think by the end of the arc would have surpassed him and achieved his dream. Renjis growth has been amazing and it isnt a far fetched thing to grasp that he will surpass Byakuya.

The only thing we know is that Juha can strengthen their blut vene but not the blut arterie which is their strength. Maybe Juha can enhance their strength but other than that it is safe to assume the twin Quincies strength and power were his own.

And about Starks wolves about having to grab onto something to regenerate is all in the anime... Not in the manga therefore is not canon. As far as the manga is concerned the wolves are basically indestructible... Stark was over barragans level hence being the primera... in raw power maybe they were about even because Shunsui thought barragan was the 1st espada but Stark was named first because he is simply a better fighter. Because both Barragan and Stark are long range fighters Stark has shown the better attack speed so if he has better attack speed he could just spam the ceros faster than Barragans ability and it would get closer and closer to hitting barragan till he gets barraged by all of them.

Lol it does matter who CC is it isnt given to just anyone it has to be someone strong.... I cant believe you think that anyone can be CC it is a position of rank and authority not just given to anyone on a whim. Yes all captains are strong but it has to be a captain who has the strength to be respected by the captains you are leading. The captains werent useless they were simply taken off guard, none of them died and some were able to inflict some wounds even if it was minimum. The only captains who we saw inflict some damage were Yama, Shunsui, Byakuya and Zaraki.

Nah I think it is safe to say they were gonna die, they were too injured and wouldnt have been able to do much to a healthy Stark, who was ready to give them the final blow while they were just standing there.

When Byakuya wakes up he may have lost power because of the wounds.... He may never become a captain again, Tenjiro said he could save his life but not restore his powers. I also dont think that while in the royal realm the Shinigami will gain any huge powerups just train hard and become stronger the good old fashioned way... Isnt that why Hikifune fed them up so that they are at full strength for training.

Because the one that copies powers was killed by Zaraki, and the twin that copies memories and personality turned into Juha and had all of Juhas memories and personality lol I thought it was pretty obvious.

Zaraki killed Loyd Loyd and Yama killed Royd Loyd. Confusing yes but I think that made sense.
