As i did before, i Used my sharingan to follow ur hands carefully, intricately remembering each hand sign as u do them.
Now i focus more of my chakra while i make the handsigns u made in the same way that i did when i performed the stop rain jutsu, but once the rain is under my control, i think of sharp knives and i see the rain mimics my thoughts by using

umm if we were going by the old rules...id b past that....but according to the new rules...u gotta do a test to turn sannin with a certain number of points from doing missions.
I like you alot kakashithunder so im going to teach you the perfect rain summoning custom. It makes the most rain, cannot be blown away and cuts rain hand sign length in half. In some cases no hands are needed.

But because of the duration of the jutsu (2 turns) the clouds grow bigger and bigger until they are monsoon strength (strongest recorded storms known to man). It then pours...HARD! your chakra is bonded to every rain drop that is created. Making you able to control rain through sheer will power. The only draw back it only last 3 turns ....xD
