[Technical Issue] My Notifications don't go away?

Like the title states. I've read all my notifications which are "visitor messages" . But no matter how many times i reload the page. It keeps saying i've got "2" notifications.

Please, can a person authorised to fix this, fix this please ?

Hey try VMing me so i can see if i am dealingg with it cause the same thing happened to me but when i vmed someone and recieved a vm it went away

Idk, sounds weird as you would normally reset the notifications by just visiting your page when it comes to VMs..

Try logging out.
Then log in.

It maybe due to a reputation comment you received from a thread which later got deleted.
If not that, I got nothing.

Log out,clear cache and cookies then log in.

Log out and log in.
If that doesn't work, delete the messages.
Check the bar on the right of the VM -> Moderation tools -> Delete Messages -> Proceed

Thanks guys for your input but none what u said was correct !!

EDIT: I'll tell youse what the problem was. I went into UserCP to check out something n the 2 messages were there. But no where else. + they were VM not PM

I have the same problem and had a constant 5 notification (of vm) for atleast 2 and a half months now and it wont just go away, but lol I got used to it now.
6 is the new 1 for me xD
