Ok I was wrong about that. But just because Shizune knows about doesn't mean it was developed when they were traveling. The Sannin disbanded when they Orochimaru was under 40, so it's logical for her prime to be in her 40's.

Indeed Tsunade doesn't have SM but saying she's weaker then Kabuto because he does have SM, I don't think that's relyable and correct, we have to admit Kabuto has a lot of talent, but he often ran of when he met stronger jutsu users, Tsunade doesn't run away, she fight!

part 1 kabuto got one shotted by a rasengan, and since tsunade as she "thinks", she is weaker than kabuto , it means she would also get one shotted by rasengan BUT this is not true at all, as tsunade has taken much more powerful blows(of MADARA) like a boss.

AND Tsunade doesn't have sage mode unless stated in manga.
