While neither had exchange a word, they were both equally aware of the others presence. Or at very least, Ling was. But he could feel it with all certainty, he believed this moment was mutual. This feeling was mutual. It was as if this very moment was an prelude, perhaps an prelude to death. Or great glory. It was then that the long haired man spoke.

It's strange isn't it, we're both aware of each others presence. More aware than we should be. We're not just a passerby, not as we should be. Perhaps it's that you want something from me? Or maybe I want something from you. Maybe fate has made it so that we would both converge upon this place on this very day, at this very hour. You see I want to be on my way, but for some reason I feel the need to stay here. Stay here and observe you. Ahh, it's really strange. He abruptly raises his right foot, before bringing it back to earth. Stomping into the grass crested ground. As he does so water begins to surge up from beneath and around you. Elevating you upwards ever so slightly as it quickly reforms. Reforming into a perfect orb, a dense orb. A orb that completely ensnares you in its liquid embrace. Preventing any kind of movement.

Ling then follows up by creating three pillars of flame that rise from the ground, a single pillar rises from directly beneath the orb of water. While the other two rise from in front to the right, angling in towards the water, and behind the orb to the left, likewise angling in towards it. All three pillars converging on the orb of water, boiling it within a near instant. Burning the inhabitant to death.

Dante saying those words in response to the threat of Ling, hears the rush of water as the water flow is created beneath himself starting to levitate Dante into the air above, Dante taking advantage of the water levitating him upwards, goes into the partial state of his cursed seal of heaven "mentioned in the bio" only growing two wings that resemble wings of a crow but have a very bright white color, making them resemble an angel, and Dante's eyes turn bloody red with the transformation, his voice gets deep and intense, with a little screeching sound involved, using the wings of the partial state of the cursed seal, Dante flies upwards away from the orb of water before it closes, he grows wings out of his back just as the water starts to levitate him upwards, flying away towards you, this transformation is considered the first level of the cursed seal.

Soon after a year of practicing control over his second state, Dante became capable of using a partial form of the Seal, like Sasuke Uchiha, Dante is capable of transformation portions of his body into his demonic figure, like an arm or a leg, or growing only his wings, but it requires him to activate the cursed seal.

As Dante is flying towards you using his wings, he takes Rebellion out of his back and weaves a single handseal while kneading fire chakra into his lungs, then exhales a large amount of fire that turns into a guinuine looking Dragon, this Dragon heads towards you from above at an angel, as he divides into 2 other dragons, one heading at you from the left side and one heading at you from the right side, this technique is also boosted by the power of the cursed seal, and Rebellion.

He notices as you stretch your arm towards your back, and on your back he spots the distinguishable shape of a sword hilt. Thus he performs a single handseal, casting you into a Genjutsu. As you draw your sword, multiple minute spikes would grow from the weapon, thrusting deep into your hands. The needles would continue to propagate within you, branching out and tearing through your flesh, sinew muscle and bones. In a matter of moments, a whole network of needles would be created within you. The needles would thrust out from your extremities, eyes, nose and soon enough would exit from your entire body. Fully enveloping you in a needle tree like structure. A structure that holds resemblance to a pine tree, with you as its trunk. Naturally you'd undergo excruciating pain during this process.

Cursed Seal Of Heaven Level 2
In his Cursed Seal level 2 Dante's body takes on the shape of a red demonic figure and his eyes are become bloody red and his voice becomes more deep and screechy, a pair of wings appear out of Dante's back that has the same shape of the Crow animal, however the wings shine with a bright white color once Dante activates the seal allowing him to fly into the air similar to Sasuke's Cursed Seal level 2, in this state the Chakra that's injected into Dante's body is doubled overflowing his body with evil chakra, in this form he gains +20 bonus damage points to all Ninjutsu and +10 bonus damage points to Taijutsu

Ah! genjutsu, the cowards fighting style, ofcourse you can use genjutsu, but you know, two can play this game, although i won't use it, because i don't like cowards.

As Dante is out of the genjutsu, he releases his Aluminum chakra underneath you, causing multiple pillars to rise out of the ground in a spiraling manner around your legs and further up around your upper body, restricting your movement and making you unable to move either your legs or your arms.

Ling, seeing you still firmly grasp your sword despite being placed into his genjutsu, rules his Genjutsu out as ineffective, as it didn't quite carry out his intentions, nor live up to his expectations. As the fact that you continue to grasp your sword despite what should be perceived as danger, must mean that you've either figured out that you're within an illusion, or have already escaped it. As Ling begins to notice your features intensifying, he guesses that this transformation must be some form of release, possibly by pain as your skin shifts and morphs, or by a chakra surge, as you apply it to alter your body, or perhaps by some other means. As such he continues with all haste, releasing his lightning chakra into your clothes. You would instantly begin to shocks all over your body due to the friction created by your movements. This discharges of static electricity would be rather powerful, due to your robust movements. With each flap of your wings, your body would elevate and descend, with each movement of your wing muscles, the clothes on your back would shift. The wind pressing against you as you fly, providing air resistance, causing your clothes to cling to you, and intensely flutter within the gust. Of course discarding the heat produced by this static electricity would be wrong. Not to mention that you holding your sword, would be rather painful to say the least. (Think about when you rub your socks on a carpet, then touch a doorknob.)

Description: A technique where the user builds and gathers their raiton chakra before releasing it out towards their opponent. Instead of targeting the opponents body, the user targets their clothes. Imbuing their Raiton chakra into all of the opponents garments. The purpose of this is to enhance and increase the chances of static electricity build up created by the opponents clothes when they move via friction and what not. Embedding so much chakra into the clothes of the opponents, that even with the slightest of movements the user experiences small static shocks. This makes tasks such as performing handseals or making bodily movements particularly hard as the opponent will be repeatedly shocked while doing so. Not to mention that tasks such as running and sprinting become extremely cumbersome as large electrical discharges are sent through the opponents body repeatedly. Due to the fact that the larger and more boisterous the movements, the more frequent and powerful the static discharges. This effectively makes the opponents own clothes both their prison and possibly even their demise and undoing. Weather also has a play in the technique, should it be breezy then the opponents clothes will be moved by an exterior force, thus static electricity will be produced. When the opponent uses a water jutsu it plays little role in the static discharges, and if by any chance the discharges and the water meet, the electricity will simply conduct into the water technique as a exceptionally weak current that follows the waters flow and thus slightly empowers the jutsu. Even if the flow of the water was to result in the current conducting towards the opponent, since the static discharges are relatively weak unless exceptionally large movements are made, such as running, the damage dealt wouldn't be that great. Simply minor shock and possibly momentary paralysis at worst.

I don't know what it is about that sword, but it gives me an ominous feeling. Perhaps it's like my Akenomyōsei, an accursed lethal weapon. So, it would be much obliged if you'd drop it. 'Kay?

Without a moments hesitation, Ling would follow up with his next technique. Utilizing the distraction made by his electric technique so as to create water. Eight dragon headed whips rise from the ground, erupting forth and continuing to bolt towards you at fairly high speeds. One of the tendrils would wrap around your neck, while two more wrap around your armpits, forearms and crown so as to put you in a full nelson like position. Another two would wind all the way around your knees, two more aim for your wings, once again attempting to envelop them and strap them to you. The last wraps directly around your waist, all of the tendrils would pull so as to drag you to the ground, as they begin to explode in succession, from bottom up. (I'm assuming you're short range from the ground as you didn't state the distance of your ascension, also you attempted to use a mid range fire technique while you were still roughly 9 or so meters away(Previous turn), so I assume you haven't ascended all that much.)

Suiton: Yakkaina Jōkyō | Water Style: Sticky Situation

Description: The user will slam their hands on the ground and send a absurd amount of suiton chakra into the ground, channeling it beneath a target. They will draw the moisture from underground and create water. Then by performing the ‘Dragon’ hand seal the water will burst from underground from all around the opponent. The water erupting in the form of eight dragon headed shaped water tendrils that are fairly dense and have a sticky quality that enables them to cling to the opponent, as well as a having a high piercing rate. Once the tendrils attach to their target, the user can preform the ‘Dragon’ handseal causing the tendrils to implode, if the tendril was completely wrapped around a limb, severe damage would be caused rendering the limb relatively unusable. The tendrils are able to freely and rapidly attack anything within a short range radius of where they originally erupted from.
